At TrustDriveHistory, we strive to provide accurate and reliable vehicle history reports using data collected from multiple trusted sources. Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are generally considered final. However, we ensure fair resolution in case of valid issues.


📌 No Physical Returns

All our products are delivered digitally (vehicle history reports). Therefore, there are no physical items to return.


💳 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment for the same report
  • Technical error resulting in failure to generate or deliver the report
  • You were charged but did not receive your report
  • The report is incomplete or inaccessible due to a system issue
  • Incorrect VIN entered due to a system error (not user error)

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect VIN entered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase or report delivery
  • Dissatisfaction due to limited or unavailable data
  • Misinterpretation of report data
  • Failure to review product description before purchase
  • Delays caused by third-party data providers

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
